Aqua Realty has been selling houses and investment properties since 2006, when we first registered with Fair Trading.
We have also held a PAMD real estate agent licence since March 2006 together with with the an ABN from the Australian Tax Office.
While we felt we were giving the utmost service to our clients as far as wealth creation, tax minimisation and acceleration of mortgage pay off through property investments was concerned, we lacked the diversity some of our clients were demanding .
They were asking for a choice of other investments such as Shares, Managed Funds, Super and especially Self Managed Super Funds and diversification in other types of real estate such as commercial, NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) properties etc.
They also wanted to know about the legalities, accountability and protection for themselves and their assets.
Being professionals and experts in our chosen field, we decided to team up with a selected few who are also professionals and experts in their chosen fields to bring you a one stop shop.

Our insurance experts have some impressive plans. After doing an asset and liability statement with you we will determine which one, or which combination of our panel of experts, can best help you. We will then arrange another obligation free appointment with the experts the concerned who will explain to you what they believe is the best strategy for your personal circumstances. If you are in agreement with what they propose, they will then explain the fees and cost of implementing those strategies for you to be able proceed to the next stage.
